I’d take it in if you have the time, you just never know? The “clicking” noise I heard most recently (thought I had something lodged underneath) led to the CV Axle issue diagnosis, so it’s worth a stop at the dealership.

Replaced both struts w/in first 1500 miles and still dealing with faulty TSB back-up camera install. Been in the shop 4 times since Nov 2023. Not the greatest experience with Ford to say the least.
I have seen videos proclaiming that the backup camera issue is related to a bad water seal for the unit. The pigtail is short, has no drip-loop and the connector is not waterfproof.
The suggestion is to use contact cleaner on the connections/board, and then dielectric grease on the connectors.

I would honestly like to extend the pigtail, switch the connections to waterproof ones, and call it a day.
I do not know what the weakness is on the outer seal that allows water penetration.

I think Ford doesn't know exactly what the issue is. It maybe different for different builds. My early build MY2020 had seldom had the blue screen the first two years. With time or the recalls, the blue screen became a regular problem. After the latest image module update done 1/2024, I have not had any blue screen at all. I see no reason to bring it in for the new hardware (recall). Ford finally got the firmware right on my original camera hardware.

Do you happen to have the part number of the leaking axle? Or the part number of the other side?

I think Ford's naming convention means that a later letter at the end is a revision of the part. I think my axles that had leaking CVs ended in A.

I have 29K miles on my 2023 and and had the same clunking noise at low speeds. Ford dealer is going to replace the strut caps. Glad I noticed the noise.
