Was thinking of doing a kill switch on my fuel relay? Has anyone done this or have a write up? Any adverse issues with the computer?

I did them on my superduty
A simple switch only you know where
Interrupt power to fuel pump relay
All kinds of places to put the switch
Easy for you to get to..but not readily findable.
If they want it. It's gone
Yiu just need to slow them down

I agree. They could just tow it if they really wanted to. Just looking at a cheap option to delay a potential thief. I wasn't sure if putting in a fuel pump relay interrupt switch would mess with the pcm.

If you park outside, just put your key fob(s) in a Faraday pouch or box.

Interrupting fuel pump only sets a dtc or light...if you try to start with pump off
I also found on superduty you can interrupt the ground on the press to start button
It wouldn't even turn dash on
