What age is classified as an “old guy?” Just curious.

That’s awesome that you are even discussing tunes. Good for you.

Already did the H&R springs, 305/35/22 tires, livernois tune(good or bad). Borla exhaust. Far from done. But when this 70 yr old fart wants to go 0-60 in less than 3 seconds the C8 comes out of the garage! Jim

Nice. That’s out of my league. I’m shooting for 3.7 0-60 so I can beat my brothers Mercedes that he paid double for.

I’m buying the wife a new car this weekend...then I’m gonna start begging for a new Tesla Model S Plaid.
Sub 2 second 0-60
Sub 9 second 1/4
200mph+ top speed.
I really really need one.

Please don’t do the plaid then my C8 is going to be slow!

Haha! You specifically said “Off to the Races”...

So in response to that statement, I said you would win zero. It is true. So far LMS has proven to be the slowest of the 4 most popular tuners for the ST.

The order from slowest to quickest:

LMS
5Star
PBD
ZFG

Just facts...Sorry.

Who's disputing it? Curious how this was validated however.

There have been MANY Dragy results posted here, and several FB groups regarding the results of tuning from many tuners. Do your research and you will come to the same conclusion. I am only taking stock vehicles into account. If we start talking modded(IC, Downpipes and such) waters get a little muddy. Also just 93 too...

ZFG is currently on top for Dragy and Track results over all right now too...E85 and E50 in the equation. Those are IC swapped, downpipes, upgraded Pump, and in some cases Meth injection ST’s.

Hi All
75 years old here
So I am also in the "OLD FART" category
Have owned 6 ecoboost vehicles
All were tuned
First 3 with LMS
Last 4 with 5 star
Currently running an E30 tune in our 2020 ST
Runs like a Bat Outa Hell
Who is ZFG
Not familiar with them or what they offer
Wonder if the ZFG 93 octane tune would be equivalent to the 5 star E30 tune[burnout]

ZFG Racing. They are pretty active on this forum, just do a search.

My best on ZFG 93 tune is 4.02 0-60.

Just a matter of a little more cooler weather and it will be under 4.0.

Been running 93 lately. But E50 from ZFG is good for another 3-4 tenths.

Here is my best 0-60 on ZFG E50(months ago).

Hope that helps!

Well the tuner is off to LIVERNOIS tomorrow for reprogram.
I'll check back in when it's returned and tunes are installed... :)
