How I can adding Middle East maps and also adding the Arabic language to mine, Ford Explorer ST 2020.

You will need to get the Correct maps from https://www.ford.com/support/sync-maps-updates/ and purchase the maps for your region if available. otherwise just use Google and Android Auto or Car play!
