My hatch won't close sometimes...HELP

Hey, occasionally when I go to close my hatch, it will start to close, then stop and open and the horn honks twice. Any advice. VERY annoying.

They have tried to fix it twice on mine with no success. Last time, even though under warranty, they charged me $40 and it still was not fixed. So much for the update…. When it happens, you have to push it closed.

Follow the how2 on how to deactivate your foot-activation. I bet it's related. Since doing that, I have had no random openings, partial opening or closings.

It's been removed on the newer ones.
