Has anyone else's "Auto" button for zoom on the nav map disappeared? I was using nav one day, manually changed the zoom with plus and minus buttons and usually the "Auto" button pops up under those to return to auto zoom where the map zooms based on speed you drive. But, one day I hit the plus button and "Auto" button never shows up anymore.

Only the plus and minus buttons and I have restarted the car, etc. many times. This happened weeks ago and the button just never shows anymore, and the zoom level is locked to whatever I press with plus or minus buttons. Even when starting car from sitting overnight, the zoom level is just left where it was last night, and even without touching anything when I drive, it still doesn't auto zoom. It's like that feature is just gone.....

I had this happen when I first picked up the vehicle, I don't why why it worked but zooming out with the - button several times caused it to appear. Since then it's just been there. Something to give a shot.

For anyone seeing this in future, I figured it out. It is indeed a bug I believe but only occurs when the nav map display mode is set to "Highway Exit Info" setting. If changed from that mode to "Full Map" the auto button does display after zooming in or out manually. Guess Ford forgot to make the button come up even when "Highway Exit Info" setting is enabled.
