Navigator Volume Control

Using the navigator the other day (I've already used it several times before), I noticed that the voice volume had decreased substantially without any action on my part. This has happened before on our Audi's, but it was an easy fix to increase the volume on the navigator voice. I can't find anything in the manual as to how to control the volume for the navigator voice. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance.

With my last 3 Sync system equipped vehicles, the volume knob controls the voice volume when it is speaking but there is also a menu setting under voice prompt volume or something like that.

You can increase the volume while the navigation is talking. You just need to have quick reflexes

I'll look for anything on the menu that looks like "voice prompt" and go from there. Thanks all.
