I thought I could just order a blue tooth remote on Amazon and scroll through the radio station presets but when I hit the right arrow, it does a seek instead of jumping to my next preset station. My 2017 GMC had the buttons on the steering wheel to do just that. Does anybody have a solution to this problem? I have tried 2 different blue tooth remotes and both do the seek.

I’ve never heard of this before, but I don’t think that you’ll be able to find anything that will do as your describing you want to do.

Mine seems to work. I saved all FM stations I like and a bunch others with siriusxm. What happens when you hit the left or right arrow? You save it to your profile?

My 2020 does that from the steering wheel arrows. Does the 2025 not have that feature? All I do is use the arrows on the steering wheel and I can scroll through all 24 of my Sirius preset channels on 4 different pages of presets. You can have up to 30 presets.

Yes, as always. I think he doesn’t set his profile.

I do have them saved to my profile. I can hit the presets to change the radio station on the touchscreen. I can use the arrows to seek on the touchscreen. I do not have steering wheel buttons to change the station, just buttons to change the volume. (See attached picture for 2025 model). I cannot use a bluetooth remote I bought from Amazon to scroll through the presets. It will just do the seek. (Haven't tested with siriusxm).

They took those hard buttons away on the 2025's. :-(

That is what I am thinking too. I was hoping someone might know about a way of programming an option through the obd port somehow where it recognizes bluetooth presses as skip to next programmed station instead of seek.

What happens when you press these buttons? That's how to scroll through presets on previous models.

I cant believe I overlooked that. I though it was only to answer and hang up the phone. I should have worn my reading glasses.

You made my day! THANK YOU 18Ventura and to all that looked at my post.

At least you have a nice new bluetooth remote to use elsewhere! LMAO So I guess the OP didn't have the 2020 model and is a first-time user of the steering wheel controls, which btw have been competely redone on all-new Fords and Lincolns. They're virtual buttons on the Lincolns and probably some future Fords as well. You have to look on the screen to use steering wheel controls, which have no labels anymore. Even the vents are adjusted through the touch-screen. The Tesla-ization of Ford/Lincoln.

Wow. That’s funny. Must have been one of those duh moments, especially with all the work you tried.
