New engine/exhaust drone

Got a 2021 with 37,000km (owned for 2 months). Last week it developed an annoyingly loud drone from underneath when sitting at idle in drive or reverse. It seems to be the loudest between 750-800rpm, gets worse when A/C is on (engine under load at idle).

Could this be an exhause leak or another issue?

Of course it’s an exhaust leak. Look under it and find the cracked weld or wherever it broke.

That has to be an exhaust leak. These cars are well known to have cracks in the welds of the downpipes or where the muffler is.

Don't forget the catalytic converter recall/TSB due to cracks. I've had this replacement done once already at about 35K miles.

Downpipes are what contain the cats.

Oh ok so I guess my left cc replacement took care of the crack.
