Now i have another issue that the dealership can't find! Vehicle runs great but has stream coming from the rear of the engine area. They said its normal but I'm also losing coolant ?

Steam coming from the back of the engine is not normal. Nor is losing coolant.
Sorry but your dealership sucks. I would insist on talking to the owner.

Definitely not normal. Especially after an engine replacement.
