Good morning,
I purchased a demo ST yesterday. Amazing car. My wife has a 2020 navigator XL so I’m not new to ford.

I found a random plastic cover in the front storage tray area and I can’t figure out what it goes to. Can you guys help?

any help greatly appreciated. Thank you!

maybe it fell out from under your dashboard? Look under your steering wheel or under your glove box for something to clip into??!?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The part # doesn't pull up much either.

Worst case, wait for your first oil change and ask Ford to clip that back in.

Exactly what I did. Looked under dash and under glovebox. Also tried to match up the plastic grain. Couldn’t find a match and couldn’t find a part number lookup either :). Thank you.

I figured you would have tried but I thought I'd ask.

Ford's parts website is awful. I needed a part to connect to the battery and it took two orders from my dealership to Ford to get ALL of the assembly parts needed. Nothing is clear or searchable.

Shame. Seems like something in this day and age that should be second nature to companies. They obviously have inventory sorted. Just make it part of their inventory systems.

P.s. how do you like the Borla? Do you have just the mufflers or did you do the resonator as well? The kit is like 2k list but I see others coming in at like 1200 with the stock resonator reused.

I can't say I really enjoyed the 'sound' the ST made until I got the Borla S-Type exhaust. It makes all the difference. I went with the $1,200 version on Summit Racing. It's gone up about $100 since I purchased it back in April. But it's a much needed add-on.

Back on my old Focus ST, I didn't really enjoy the vehicle until I got a Catback exhaust. Guess the same goes for any ST I buy.
