Purchased new in December 2024 as one of the few remaining 2023 ST's in the state. Looking forward to many years of fun and excitement from this "unique" SUV.

Front end rattle was diagnosed this week. New front struts will be replaced next week under warranty (I have just over 1,000 miles on it).

Advice for 2nd or third row squeak (plastic on metal?) or rattle (not sure) I am experiencing. I already inspected and relocated the two foam pads on the sunroof for that squeak/rattle (plastic on metal) but I am getting the occasional noise when going over small bumps in the cabin behind the driver and/or passenger seat. I am a mountain biker and put my snow bike in the back of the SUV with all seats down. I don't appear to get the noises very often in this position (seats down). Any thoughts on what would be making noise when the seats are back up?

Thank you in advance!

Welcome and congratulations! I had my struts replaced just last week for the same issue. Wasn’t even a day getting it back and the clunking sound is back again. Now waiting on a reschedule to get it back in.
Haven’t had an issue with squeak in the second or third row but I did have a similar noise and pop sound and discovered a bolt towards mid rear under the vehicle loose where the heat shield bolts to that felt type liner.
Tighten it up and check the clips that hold the liner in place and the noise stopped.

Rear spare tire well cover was a tough one for me to track down. I'm a squeak freak too and that one was tough because it didn't sound like it was coming from that far back, but it was. Little piece of rubber tape on the corner fixed it. Just go in your rear hatch area and press around on the cover and see if you can make the same sound you are hearing.

Thank you for your reply's.

In regards to the rubber tape...is a 3M type you buy at an autoparts place what you are thinking? Give me some direction on where you bought yours.

Thanks again.
