Odd ford pass behavior again

Phone made a noise ford pass noted the explorer was ON....
And slide to turn vehicle on..

It's sitting driveway, OFF and locked
And alerts have been unavailable for the last week..

Yes my alerts have not been available. I also noticed the app hasn't been updated in over a month.
