I tried looking for A/S tires on here but didn't get much for results. I live in New England and get snow frquently so I need a good tire that fair well in the snow. I'm looking for 285/50R20's. The Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra got good reviews and someone said the Yokohoma Parada Spec-X were good. If you don't mind, post what you run and how well you like them.

I used to have Prada spec x on my awd charger and they did not handle snow well at all. Acceleration and moving under power was not an issue at all, however, stopping was non existent. The only performance tire that I ever liked in the s ow was continental dws 6 plus that was on my previous durango rt. But they don't have that size, I think.

I think Continental makes a 295/40 size in the dws06 plus. Seems like a great tire. Interesting the Parada Spec-X is bad in snow, I’d heard differently.

Accelerating and moving isn’t an issue as much as stopping in a hurry is! Seriously though, I don’t think many A/S tires are going to be good at stopping in snow.
