Getting an engine light with the code P0299 (underboost condition) car drives perfectly normal untill you start to accelerate a little harder.
Normally it happens above 3000 rpms and it throws the code, car has been already through a mechanic for several weeks of testing and it came out as inconclusive.. he told me everything is ok with the car and he doesn't understand why is it doing that.. according to him all the sensor are reading the correct values and data, oil pressure is good, fuel pressure is good, there is no leaks in the intake he did pressure test the system and found nothing, both turbos are in sync and working as they should including both we stages the car is working perfectly normal both under harder acceleration is nothing reaching the required boost ... Also he mentioned that he flashed the lastest software in...
Basically now it will come down to mechanic disassembly but this will become very costly and I'm not sure where to start ? Does anyone had something similar or can help shed a light ?
Thank you !
