Paint Issue on Passenger Front Fender

Last Saturday while washing and waxing a paint issue was discovered on the passenger front fender of our black 2022 ST (see attachment). Calling dealer about getting paint issue fixed but was wondering if anyone else have this and if it is related to class action lawsuit that was filed for paint peeling ( just read a article about it today in Ford Authority - see link)?

That looks more like actual damage rather than paint peeling. How many miles? If you just brought it home from the dealership.. then they might fix it for you.


If you've driven it for a few days.. you're probably SOL.
