Tuesday the Explorer goes into the dealer to get looked at.....

The rear passenger and driver door both work fine with the passive entry or intelligent access or whatever it is lol tap exterior lock symbol on door and it locks fine, stick hand behind exterior handle and they unlock fine.

The issue i'm having is while the rears work fine, the front driver and passenger side don't work at all....the fob works to lock/unlock, the door keypad works to lock/unlock, the interior button works to lock/unlock.....and can lock/unlock by using the passive entry off the back doors.....

Anyone encounter this? i'll be reporting back once i hear from the dealer....my best guess is a proximity sensor failed? not sure why it effects both doors though.....

Pull the neg terminal of the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect. See if it persists.
