I just got my 3 week old 25 out of the shop. it'd been there a week. I have a problem with phone calls. each call I can hear the person I've called or who has called me but most times, 9 out of 10, they cannot hear me. Dealer said. they fixed it this week. Not! Any suggestions? I think it's software related

I wish I had your issue instead of what I got. I have a taillight out and waiting on parts.

I have read that it is a software issue with poor phone connectivity and Big Blue is aware of it. However have you tried to reboot your infotainment system? Hold seek right >>| on your steering wheel and the power button in the volume button simultaneously for 10 secs. The Instrument cluster and Infotainment screen will reboot. You may have to re pair t to Bluetooth. See if that helps. It solved my shotty Bluetooth connections.
