Plastic splash shield clips

I need the plastic clips that hold up the splash shield under the engine that is removed to do oil changes. There is a rectangular clip and a round clip. I looked on a ford parts site and found the round ones but not the rectangular clips which are the ones that are shot. Anyone have a part number?
