Maybe I'm dense.

Once the sun cures or bakes it...
I understand you can remove it with a heat gun.
But, can you take that piece and use it again successfully?

Cause I know I'll screw up , and not see my screwup till next week.

I've striped a couple of my vehicles with Oracal 951 vinyl. Rated for 8 to ten years use. I apply this wet with a solution of distilled water, a little rubbing alcohol and a drop or two of Dawn in a spray bottle. Most vinyl is graphed on the back paper which makes it easier to cut it straight. A good straight edge, (I use a 4 foot aluminum rule) felt tip squeegee, exacto knife and lots of new blades, and different widths of masking tape (automotive) for laying out the stripes. I make all of my initial cuts on the kitchen island...You never want to cut the vinyl into the paint !

No, once removed after curing, it is useless.

After a few weeks of playing around here is where I ended up. I have to head to west coast for a week to visit Lex. ( the girl I sponsor) to look at an investment Property we may buy. When I return, I will decide which of the wraps I will leave on. The beauty of do it yourself is you can change at will to suite your taste. 20210127_121308.jpg 20210127_121316.jpg 20210127_121325.jpg 20210127_121336.jpg 20210127_121346.jpg 20210127_121354.jpg 20210127_121830.jpg 20210127_121840.jpg 20210127_121847.jpg 20210127_121857.jpg

+1 on the C Pillar idea, about the only thing I (me personally, to each their own) don't like is the fuel door. EVERY thing else looks great, I love the center hood treatment with keeping the Explorer lettering, love the mix of Red accents. Enjoy your trip! You'll have the most unique ST Coast to Coast!
