What two things are off in this photo?

Answer: Missing round B&O tag on drivers side (not missing on passenger side) and no ST key fob.

Also the electric steering wheel column adjust. The missing B&O is new to me but everything else is common with build 2 2025 explorers.

Ford did same with super duty trucks removing power steering adjustment on lariat trim level. I think the B&O was a mistake as the passenger side has the tag. Didn't know about the ST key fob going away for build 2. How much did the key fob branding really save? Crazy as I'm sure the $3.08 savings was not passed onto the consumer.

Yea, I'm sure we defiantly don't see any savings and if there was its over lapped by fees.

Cost cutting. That’s a build change. Ford’s stupid, glad my 2022 didn’t get much deleted.

Take it its your first time here? lol Thats been a standard trend since late 2021 starting with the single rear bolts. Every year after it, Ford has been deleting items left and right. 2020 and early 21's are the golden Explorer's.

I wouldn’t say golden.

Fully loaded wise? Yes. Built? 2020 C builds and early 21's practically had the main issues ironed out.

Then again, 2025 dont look much better with the "non start" issues
2025s are fine, just a lot of software things that need to be ironed out. I’d say very select late ‘22 MY, and late 2020 and very early 2021’s are golden.

My old 21 was almost perfect, zero issues mechanically, some paint defects from the factory. Had it for 40kish miles but just wasn't in love with it. Love my 25 even with the problems it had but they're all fixed and so far so good *knocks on wood*.

1400 miles in and getting a vibration from about 36 to 42mph now that is getting more pronounced. Not sure if its cost cutting or simply part failure. Feels like a driveshaft and/or u-joint. We shall see what dealer says when I take it in.

Can't believe how much slower this car is from the Trackhawk and Durango Hellcat, but seems better as a daily than both of those. Seats are more comfortable on my last ~300 mile trip but highway cruising especially from 70 to 90+ seems very unstable compared to both of those 'other' SUV's. Its a nice daily though over the F-450 and that is why I bought it.

Well they are quite a bit cheaper than a Trackhawk or Durango Hellcat.

Only because those are way over priced! LOL
For the market not really, but that's not saying much. The whole market in itself is overpriced.
