Here all the issues/warnings we’ve had with our ST, in order:
1. Service AdvanceTrac
2. 4WD Fault Service Required
3. Auto Hold System Fault
4. Pre-Collision Assist Not Available
5. Reverse Brake Assist Not Available Set Manual
6. Drive Mode Not Available
7. For Hill Descent Select Gear

It’s been at the dealership since February 15th and they still don’t know what’s wrong with it.
Wowsers... that's quite the list...

That one hell of a list. Could it be an electrical short or grounding issue?

Who knows at this point? Ford dealer can't figure it out, and they've had it since February 15th. Ford corporate has flown in several tech guys over the past 17 weeks and they can't figure it out either.

Hoping to sign the buyback paperwork this week and move on to something else.

Glad you got your buyback. Flown people in?!?! Wow.

Are you getting another (after Jan 2020 build date) or something else?

Yeah, they flew in a tech on two different occasions to look at it. They are still no closer to figuring it out then when we first brought it in the week after we got it.

We're going to pass on getting any 2020 Explorer at this point. My wife is looking at 2018 and 2019 Platinums this week.
