Radio restarts the sequence of next station on restarting

Anyone else notice after restarting the Explorer that the radio forgets the sequence of radio presets?

For example, I turn off the ST when listening to preset #8. When I restart preset #8 is on, but when I press the next station button on the steering wheel it goes to preset #1 instead of #9 or the last preset when pressing the back button.

Yup. Same here. I posted about this awhile back but nobody responded, so I assumed mine just had some glitch and I was waiting for the next update to see if it resolved itself. Glad to know I'm not alone.
