2025 Explorer ST: At 800 miles a rattles started in the dash behind the gauges. Ford says it’s an issue with the dash material separating.
At 1500 miles there is a loud rattle somewhere in the undercarriage. It happens when going over any uneven surfaces.
Has anyone had these issues?

Hey guys.. My experience with the rattles is the cheap clip that are literally one time use for the undercarriage. I had rattles that appeared to come from the passenger side then the driver side. I started ripping the interior apart to locate it, it drove me absolutely mad.

When I replaced my exhaust with 3" thermal with midpipes is when I found the culprit.
I went as far as purchasing these:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/265972372883
INSANE PRICE for plastic. PISSED me off so bad. Again, one time use or if the wind catches it right, it separates.

Finally, my solution was 3D printing washers and nuts to replace the plastic pieces. WORKED like a charm. If yall want a full set for driver and passenger side, send me $20 and I'll get yall hooked up!
That covers shipping and the part to your door.

Thanks!

I have replaced all I could find with the 3d ones. I still have some sort of rattle in front of me which seems its from in front of me and the firewall. Right side calmed down. Now the left. Its driving me nuts as well.

The dash noise sounds like a rapid vibration sound over any uneven surface.
The undercarriage sounds like a piece of wood knocking around. This happens from 1 mph to 40 mph on the slightest uneven surface.

No dash noise yet. But undercarriage, yep.

Had a constant buzzing vibration/rattle coming from the drivers side foot area of my 2020. It turned out to be the plastic hood release latch vibrating on the adjacent plastic dash.

My son has the 2023 Explorer. I drove it yesterday and it does not have the same problems.

I had a buzzing/rattle noise from the front of the vehicle for the longest time I just ignored it. Found the issue was the hood prop-rod, I have the hood struts so I never used the prop-rod and just left it in place. Removed the rod and the rattle is gone. This could be the noise some of you are hearing so could be an easy thing to try.

This is, almost for sure, the strut(s)

understand, I had my struts and rear shocks replaced not too long ago and definitely helped ride quality although I was not experiencing noise. Hopefully with new struts your problem will be resolved
