What are real world mpg numbers for the ST?. I'm not talking about when you are having fun with the skinny pedal but more so when you are driving normal. I have to treat my Ram like I'm trying to take off on ice in order to acheive the whopping 14 mpg (hand calculated on a stock truck) that I get. If I even think about using a fraction of the power the truck has 12 mpg is a real possibility. My normal commute is about 3 miles in town to the freeway at 40ish mph, about 1/2 mile between stoplights with normal city traffic and once I hit the freeway it's non stop to my place of business 6 miles away at about 70 mph. Anyone with a similar commute have any mpg numbers they like to share. Long freeway runs the mpg is what it is but I'd expect mpg in the low 20's...is this reasonable?

I'm right around the 18-20 mark with a mix of highway & city driving. Behaving and pounding on it. Longer highway drives I'm low to mid 20's.

My wife gets ~21 mpg in Houston's mixed driving situations. I get closer to 18 due to my heavy foot.

Same as I'm getting in combined driving with an enthusiast right foot.

Thx for the input everyone. MPG will not be the deciding factor if I decide to purchase an ST or not but it is nice to know that the possibility of more mpg vs my Ram is there.

14mpg is my average past 2000 miles "STOCK" on 93.
Eco mode is probably better.

Under what conditions? 14 mpg seems a bit low for a vehicle of this kind when driven "normally".

I go WOT a handful of times between fill ups for fun... I set cruise control to 90 on the highway.
Does around 20 mpg on long 90 mph highway trips.

Hi,
I have a 2020 ST and my fuel economy has ranged from 32 mpg to 16 mpg. It is stock and I use 91 octane, no ethanol. The best milage of 32 mpg was a 500 mile trip on rural 2 lane at 55 mph, in eco mode and driving like I had a fish bowl on the passenger seat. Worst milage is/was city driving in sport mode and leaving every green light full throttle. Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Ron

Made a run from Nebraska to Ft Lauderdale to visit my daughter. Averaged 75-80mph and got 23-24mpg. City/Highway I was getting low 19’s for mpg. With my new tune it has fallen quite a bit due to the smiles I get when I hit said go pedal….

We got 9.1L/100km (~31 MPG) on a recent trip to Winnipeg going 120km/h (75mph) and I've had it a few other times as well. Always driving regularly, switching from normal to sport. Photo was taken once we were slowing down entering the city.

You are converting metric to imperial gallons. In US gallons, it would only be about 26 mpg.

I asked Google assistant, didn't realize it put it to imperial, but that's how it also displays on my cluster when switched. I don't use gallons normally. Thanks for your concern, though.

I have 30K miles on my ST and have never reset the MPG. Currently it is reading 20.7 mpg. This is mixed driving and rarely in Sport mode. I use varying octane levels, but typically use 87 octane.

Don't get me wrong, I am in Ontario and would us imperial gallons too. It is just everyone else that refers to mpg are likely referring to US measurements. Cheers.

In my part of Maryland, my average at 28,000 miles is 18.6 MPG and my average MPH is barely 24 miles per hour. D.C. metro traffic is the worst! A few weeks ago, I went to the shore and averaged 22.5 MPG on a 250 mile trip at mostly highway speeds which is pretty decent.
