Has anyone done some kind of mechanical hold down for the lid that covers the area above the spare tire? Mine bounces around at times on large/hard bumps.

Also, does anyone have a source for a carpet material that would duplicate what is in the back now? I am thinking about making up one large lid that incorporates the two small side lids.

I bought this cargo mat a while back and so far it works great! Cargo Mat It's an off brand but it is decent quality and it folds up and down with the 3rd row seats. Keeps the covers in place.

I pulled that the spare and the jack out. Weighed around 45 pounds if I remember right.

This is what I want to do too. Did you get the carpeting off of Amazon? Is it mechanically held in place or just set there? Mine will bounce around on harsh bumps, I'm trying to eliminate that.
