Anyone else see this? I get the idea behind it but I can only assume it is for aesthetic purposes only? That and can’t see spending $525 just to stick it on the OEM one.

I had seen that as well. It just sticks on the original wing with double-sided tape. For that kind of coin they could have made a replacement wing with a little more style than the one we have. I have wrapped my wing in carbon fiber 3M wrap with a red accent. I have not found a replacement carbon fiber wing on the market yet only the eBay stick-on version which looks horrible in my opinion.

I like the look of the eBay wing, I just don't like that it sticks on top of the oe. If it was a replacement wing, maybe I would consider looking further into it. As it stands it's a lot of coin for a stick on wing that looks like a stick-on wing.

I like it and I found it for around $400.00 shipped . Gonna do a little modifying to it so it looks better but I am ordering it .

I am working on something for this now. There is really 2 options. Peel and press and/or full replacement of existing using the same connectors. I prefer the replacement. Just beginning this but investing in a mock OEM rear spoilers is not cheap. I’ll keep this thread updated.

And yes I’m trying to keep the prod costs down.

IMHO....OEM looks is the most obvious . Don't get me wrong....the OEM vehicle looks and specs is what sells a vehicle but , after purchase , why continue to look like everyone else with the same vehicle ? I know everyone won't share the same opinion but if you go back and research my other forum memberships ( MBWorld , FerrariChat , etc. ) you will see that I don't want to look like others with the same vehicle....no matter how special it may be . Like I have said in the past , I do plenty of mods to my vehicles and most are one-off or rare to give others something to compare to and not just have the basic mods offered for whatever vehicle we are talking about . My mods won't be liked by all but they are an option for those who want to step off the beaten path .

By no means do I consider those who leave a vehicle OEM as boring so don't take it the wrong way !
