What's ya take on this. ford saying they not recalling the consumers version. Because they don't take the same abuse as police explorers. In some instances they don't. But some do if you if you put it in Sport mode and punch it at the redlights constantly.or just driving around in Sport mode. I dont know about ya but i like to open mine up every once in a while. To let the others know around me. my explorer is equipped with twin turbos. And can dust your...

Most PIUs have the 3.3L engine. Those are what they’re recalling. Not out twin-turbo 3.0L Ecoboosts.
