Mom and I just Test Drove Several 2021 XLT Sport Explorers. All were Identical except Color. There was a Diamond White Tricoat, a Carbonized Grey, and a Rapid Red, which is the One She Purchased. The White and Grey both had this Profile in the DOT Matrix, on the Right Lower Corner of the Glass, but Her Red One Doesn't. It just has a Ford Oval Decal in that spot. I was wondering why it didn't have that feature. We also noticed the Left Driver's Window Glass has been Replaced with Non Ford Glass, which is not Marked as Laminated. It is a Ford Gold Certified Vehicle with 40k miles. I just wish I knew why the Driver's Window was Replaced, and why the Windshield doesn't have the Profile in the DOT Matrix.
I can't speak to the different models, XLT, ST, etc. all coming with the little Exploder cartouche. That said, some of the ST's from the Covid time frame windshields didn't have the Explorer profile from the factory.

My 2020 built in Nov. 2019 didn't have that special windshielf decal. I'm ok with that since I have features that were deleted on the 2021 model. On the other hand, I've endured numerous and major failures all under warranty since the first year.
