Reverse brake assist

I recently had an issue when reversing where my screen goes blue on the 360 camera and just the back sensors and I get a msg that pops up saying reverse brake assist not available. It doesn't happen everytime just randomly. Has anyone else had this problem if so what is the fix

No I haven't can I do that through ford or the dealership I purchased through

yup has the update been done
if its under warranty , you have an issue ...let the warranty take care of it
do you have extended warranty?
there was a customer satisfaction program as well, but i cant find it now

its an easy fix

Any Ford dealer can do that for you.
