I had this leak on the driver side for about 3 months now.
Removed the Driver Side A pillar and other driver side trim.
Ran a water hose around the front of the windows shield until I see the water dripping.
Found out the water was leaking from the roof trim bracket.
Pry up on the front of the trim to disconnected it from the taps.
To get access to the 2 10mm bolts, you will need to drop the headliner. See Houston Speed Freaks Explorer ST Roof Rail Delete
All 4 was the gasket are hard like a rock.
I removed this gasket.
Add Black Silicone around all the bolt holes.
Reinstall.
