Maybe this video will help.

The video helped a lot! I got +25mm. I noticed a sticker on the outside of the rim that says ET+25mm so they are definately not +30mm like I ordered. I was also able to get a better measurement on the hub bore and it is 66.1mm. Exactly what's on the box labels. Already sent a text to him and I'm going to call later today. What a freaking nightmare this has turned into! I should have just bought the Mustang rims and used rings!

You not only expect a premium product but also premium service when you buy a high-end brand straight from the manufacturer. Better said, you deserve it.

When you measure the hub bore, make sure you are measuring to the inside of the bevel on the mounting face. Pulling a wheel off and test fitting a rim is a sure fire way of knowing though. When you measured the offset was it excatly +25mm or just close? You want the rim on a hard flat surface also. I made the mistake of measuring on carpet and it through off the numbers. Don't use a wooden ruler or yardstick either. They are not acurate. Use a quality metal one.
