2025 Explorer ST 3300 miles. More problems, the sirius station quit working yesterday. After stopping for breakfast when we left had nothing on sirius. It shown song that should have been playing but on sound. Couldn't change any channel, in
fact no buttons worked. All other stations on radio worked. After got home went on Serius web site, they gave method for them to reset, I tried but nothing happened. they said if no sound have to take back to dealer. So I have appointment for Friday.
Has this happened to anyone else.

I have had SiriusXM on a lot of my vehicles, and have had a couple problems with connectivity like you are having. I just kept having to reset it, and it work for a while.

I too have used SiriusXM for the last 12 years on several cars and have never had any problems. I guess we'll see Friday. As a side note when i called for appointment they said the car
has 2 software updates that need to be installed. Will be interesting to see what happens with that.

I've had Sirius XM on four different cars since 2010 including the 2025 Explorer ST and my experience has been positive with one exception. The 2019 Mazda CX-9 GT I just traded for the ST last month had issues with the Sirius receiver episodically failing to connect. It would work just fine, I'd stop some place and when I got back in the car and started it back up, no Sirius stations would play, or just a few like Yacht Rock or Road Trip Radio but no others. I'd have to go online on my phone and request a refresh signal from Sirius which usually would cure the problem after the next re-start. It was pretty annoying to be honest and I'm hoping the Explorer is better. Good luck.
