Used to be into Grand Nationals, had 6 of them all low mile originals, and 1 89 Turbo Trans Am. Now its just my company truck, wifes new Lincoln MKZ, and soon to be a new ST with some goodies added on :)

2020 BMW X7 M50i. Had a 2018 BMW X5M before but wife wanted something bigger. Not quite as fast as the X5M but close and super comfortable/luxurious.

My tinkering is always with whatever I have at the time...I usually rotate in something new every 2-3 years. I always low key wanted to build an suv and after living in Japan for a bit last year and seeing all the custom SUV’s and minivans I had to scratch the itch.
What part of Japan? I spent a lot of time in Tokyo and Sasebo. I was there for one year retrofitting one of my tugs. The USNS Catawba. She is the tug that took the USS Cole to open sea after she got hit in Yemen.

The car culture in Japan is crazy.. The coin they drop in their 4 cylinder bangers is incredible. The only issue for me I don't have any interest in driving or buying a ricer.. I don't do foreign cars. But it was interesting to actually see in person. However it was not as crazy as with the Jeepneys in Manila, PI. C8 Corvette. The only think I worry about is a Chevy In one side and a Ford on the other. One of these mornings When I go out in the morning I’m afraid at what I might see! Lol View attachment 2242
Absolutely gorgeous... They look like a McLaren for a third money. Miles of smiles.

I'll have to check and see if I have a picture or her somewhere, but I think I was next to Catawba in dry dock in Charleston several years ago.

1998 Ranger Supercab 4x4 4.0l with 212k starts no matter how cold. Wife's 2010 Mercury Mariner with 122k lives in the garage. My ST lives in the driveway.
Love the remote start and nice warm steering wheel and seat on a subzero morning
