UPDATE: the alignment was off on the O2 sensor hole when machining the left pipe. Sounds like a one off issue but better heads up than surprises. Good news is, Jacob at SPD was awesome to work with and super responsive - a replacement pipe has already been shipped overnight so should see it as fast as Canadian customs can clear it!
had my tech talk directly to Jacob - could have also had a local machine shop relocate the hole but I felt I’d rather have the fit and finish of a new correct pipe.
not pleased it happened but SPD made it right and quickly, so all good!
So are they said it was just your set or all?

That’s good and we all have a pic for reference now to check ours against.

Not sure if it was just mine or others but I’m sure if there are others they would reach out and make it right. (y)

That's concerning.... I was hoping qc would be a little better.

I think I'll hold off on purchasing these until the bugs are worked out.

UPDATE: new pipe arrived yesterday - overnight shipping was no joke. Everything lined up and installed no further issues.
ATAK exhaust with the downpipes definitely sounds badazz AF! Getting that beautiful snap crackle pop!
93 tune woke it right the F up, no slouch!! Gonna do some pulls later tonight or tomorrow and see where it’s at. SPD Performance - no regrets!!! (y)(y) 176C68C7-ED1A-4AC4-81B9-0AE7455C682A.jpeg

Is that the s type or ATAK? I want to say it’s the s type which I will be extremely pleased with.

Confirming fitment from ANYONE that has installed the SPD Downpipes to the Borla Cat Backs

... I'm installing the Borla S-Type's to the stock downpipes today before I upgrade to the 3" SPD's...any issues with fitment from the 3"Downpipes to Cat Backs? Do you need an adapter? TIA

(**SPD Downpipes on order and no idea when they'll ship...I wish I could do both at the same time but - I'M IMPATIENT!! )

Like the idea of high flow cats but not lovin the Posted cat back sound clips. Would it be worth the investment to just get the down pipes and keep the stock exhaust?

the Borla attaches to the mid pipes which attach to the downpipes
in other words once everything is installed you'll have SPD downpies > OEM mid pipes > Borla exhaust
there are no mid pipes available "yet" unless custom made

I'm thinking a 3" turbo back would be too big for our dual exhaust setup, not having enough back pressure is detrimental to performance.

2.5 or 2.75 would be a good setup. I Beleive corsa is going to be 2.5"
