SPD vs Thermal MidPipes

I see that SPD only sells their downpipes with their midpipes. I ordered a set. So my question is, when I order the Thermal 3inch exhaust, should I get from the midpipes back, or is there a reason why the Thermal midpipes may work better? I am wondering if everyone who buys SPD downpipes runs the SPD midpipes with their choice of exhaust?

Would have to get midpipes back exhaust. Thermal midpipe a wouldn’t work with SPD downpipes that include the mid pipes.
