Hi! New ST owner here... just picked it up Wednesday evening. Vapor Blue, and already ordered all the accessories that they don't include anymore... Fun times. Anyway, so, wanted to register for the Ford Experience thing that is on the window sticker, went to the page, and entered my VIN number, but it comes back and says VIN Invalid? For those of you who have registered and went to this experience, has that ever happened? Is it possible it takes time to get my VIN purchase into FORD's system? I know that I tried to buy the FORD Protect warranty, and the dealer I was going through (not the one I bought through) said that he couldn't see my purchase in the system yet - like it had not transmitted to Ford to validate ownership... could that be the case? and if so, for those with experience in buying new (this is my first new car), what is the time frame I should expect all of that to be complete? Probably why I haven't seen my ford pass points show up too... (although I'm thinking the DEALER is at fault for some of this... I miss dealers that are not owned by large investment companies).

Thanks in advance... and any tips you can give me, always appreciated...

Are they even offering the ST Experience to the ‘25 owners yet? I would imagine they’re still transferring their fleet from the older cars to the newer ones.

The VINs for the 25 years wont show up for the experience until the experience is live for the 25 model year. However there is an option to sign up for the waiting list. Sometime in January they will contact us, those who have signed up, and the dates for the 25 experience will be available. I have also inquired about the status of Asheville's experience and was told that the hurricane did not effect the 25s experience schedule and we would be contacted in January to book.

That's what I had to do was sign up for the email notification which will come sometime in 2025. Hoping me and the wife will be able to go to the Utah one as that is the closest for us unless they change it and have one in California somewhere.
