You guys(?) offended or thinking Im somehow beating on ANYONE here are patently wrong. Everything I posted here is true and correct. Its absolutely the “ladies” who are offended. “Feelings” are a personal issue best kept to yourself, or discussed in private.
The point is that there are an overwhelming number of “technicians” who are literally NOT competent and it’s best for a person to take responsibility and learn how to do their on maintenance and/or modifications to their vehicles. Otherwise they(?) complain about problems caused by the errors of others who you paid to know and do, who fail. A person can be great, but when you widen out and say people, well people are stupid. Its pretty obvious if your(anyone) have your eyes open. Of course, YMMV.

You should not assume the aftermarket parts are perfectly designed. Steeda has certainly made their share of mistakes. If enough people complain about it, maybe there is some truth to it. There is a reason they stamp a mfg date and now, version on their springs.

Still, the springs themselves don't make noise. If there is the spring isolators on the top or bottom may not be seated correctly or some other part of the suspension may be making the noise. More often than not, some other aftermarket part may be the culprit so I would start there.

Absolutely. You(?) (the installer) should evaluate the product and the “fit” to determine it meets the intended functionality. There are indeed some aftermarket, and even oem, that aren't up to the intrnded task. Take the rear subframe differential support fiasco for perfect example.

Mystery solved...anyone with Explorer Steeda rear springs manufactured in late 2023, there was a defect in Steeda's manufacturing process. The bottom and 2nd coil from the bottom should have been tapered or wound tighter. Without the taper, the spring was rubbing inside the perch causing the creaking noise. Thanks to Houston Speed Freaks and Nick at Performance SUV who recommended I inquire with Steeda. I sent photos and Steeda sent a replacement set of rear springs. There was an obvious difference of the bottom coils. The vehicle rides so much better and no extra noises.

Unusual defect. Glad you had someone savvy enough to spot the problem and send you in the right direction.
