Hey everyone....looking for some input here. I have a 21 with about 8k miles and I'm not sure if I'm just reading more post here and noticing it more.....but i feel like the shifts are getting more rough. The worst is normal mode: 1-2, 2-3 and Sport mode 2-3 and 2-1. My Audi S4 was 10x worse.....but that was after 60k miles. I will eventually add a ZFG tune but im not ready to pull the trigger just yet.

I know I'm not the only one complaining about rough shifts but wondering how/if you solved it WITHOUT a tune.

Try pulling battery terminal and have trans relearn.

To follow up, I tried Forscan service procedure "PCM reset all adaptations" using Forscan Lite on my iPhone. Works great. After letting trans learn with some driving, shifts are much better overall although still awkward in some situations.
