Sun Roof Fabric Issue

Hey gang. My first post here. Just got my st 2 weeks ago. Certified used car. Anyways, the fabric is hanging.
I'm bringing it in next week. I'll update with any info on the repair. It is covered by warranty. I don't see a reason for moonroof to be removed

Hey Iggles,
Did they end up repairing your sunshade? Was it repaired under warranty and how long did it take them?

I found the click that popped off. It seems like the click pops off on one side making the fabric get stuck in the rail. This then binds pulling the other side still clipped out of the rail so it sags. Also, the roller mechanism doesn't roll it up for some reason could be because the front is binding putting tension on the roller. If I could figure out how to get the back to roll it up, I'd just get the roof tinted and would not need to deal with the sunshade.
