Found this back in December on Jegs still listed for $145 after the price went up to $200+ everywhere else. It was listed as in stock, but surprise surprise it was on BO. Jegs sent me weekly emails letting me know it was still on BO, and then suddenly today I had 4ft tall box at my door.

Also, immediately after I ordered Jegs raised the price to $219

LOL same here! I posted in a different thread but when installing torque down the rear-most 2 bolts first on the tranny mount as they are threaded in aluminum and can strip easily. The other 6 bolts with the slip in Dzus fasteners required some effort due to the blue loctite put on the bolts.

Does this replace the fabric-like material or just go over it?

I see Leathal Performance has it for $199. I'm interested in getting it. Is the hole for accessing the oil drain plug?

There is an opening to access the oil drain plug. This was probably the biggest reason I wanted it. I have the UPR quick drain plug so now it will be a super simple and fast process to change the oil.
