Hey everyone,
I'm not a member yet on Explorer Forum but i've been reading their thread https://www.explorerforum.com/forums/threads/multiple-suspension-noises.482694/page-24
My 2021 Explorer ST is having the same issue. Rattling / knocking in the front end, when driving low speeds over uneven ground or bumps. I took it to the local Ford dealership today and their service techs said there was nothing wrong with it. They came for a road test with me and agreed that they heard the noise, and then took out one of their own explorers from the lot and found it was making the same noise. They checked the undercarriage but couldn't find a source for the sound.
Anyhow, i'm pretty disappointed that this is the level of quality i'm expected to accept. A brand new vehicle (under 1000 miles) shouldn't rattle like its bushings are worn out. I think i'll be trading it in on a BMW or Audi in the near future.
Just wanted to add my experience to your pool of knowledge!
