T-Mobile Home Internet -SYnc3 Issues

Does anyone use T-Mobile Home Internet and has successfully been able to enter the modem/router password (26 characters) successfully to the Sync 3 system?
I used another internet service earlier and connected with a 16 digit password, by I am stymied after repeated attempts with the new internet....

Change the password to something easier and shorter!

Change the password to something easier and shorter!

Or set up a parallel Guest SSID with a simpler password.

How did you fix it?

I changed the Gateway Name and changed the password to a shorter one, as suggested. It synced right up. Thanks for the help!
