Thanks for this video Kruppa. That is exactly what mine does. Rattles fairly loudly upon initial cold start for 30 secs to a minute probably (I'll time it soon), and then settles down and quiets down, and all is well. Don't really hear it after the initial start up. Haven't taken mine in for the fix yet. Build date 6/2019, purchased end of August 2019, 13.5K or so miles (severely limited by the pandemic and working from home since March).

Edit: Recorded mine too. 36 degrees outdoors, warmer in the garage, but not heated.
You got a much better angle than I did :) Yes, same issue as most of us. I guess in the end it's just an annoyance vs a real "problem". If you're going to the dealer anyways I guess you might as well get the "fix" but as you can see from my video it doesn't do too much to help.

A lot of that has to do with how the audio is being taken. Any phone is going to give you pretty crappy audio as it's going to cut volume and frequency for a lot of the sounds you'll hear out of an exhaust. The only way you get a true sense is when professional sound equipment is used. That's why when you go to "official" videos released by manufacturers you will often get "better" sound quality that makes the exhaust sound better.

If you listen to the Thermal vid very closely, you can hear just the faint hint of burble from it. It's much more pronounced in the Corsa video. Reality is that they probably are much closer, but it's impossible to tell because the only way you'd get a true comparison is to have the same person with the same pro audio equipment film them all, back to back. Otherwise what you get is just as much a function of the quality of the system filming the video as you are the exhaust itself.

Stumbled across this thread - this is the exhaust for me. We still waiting for the pricing and group buy info? I didn't see the setup on their site yet.

yes, still no word on pricing.
Thermal RD told me they are not going into production until, at-least, the beginning of the year. they are building this strictly for Whoosh, they are a small operation in comparison to the other builders. but their work is top notch. i got a tour of their facility while there and they are maybe 20 people strong in the fabrication aspect.
worth the wait.

I'm not sure what everyone is comparing this kit to?
Borla and Corsa do not include mid pipes which is a $400 option
Magnaflow has a MAP price of $1679.99 / Retail of $2323.64 and is the only other kit that includes mid pipes
If you can find a Magnaflow for less than the $1599 shipped price of the Thermal, then that's great!

It's substantially cheaper then the only true competition ( magnaflow)

Borla is just a glorified sound maker since it uses stock diameter piping.

The Magnaflow with black tips is currently listed at $1680 on Lethal. The Corsa with black tips is $1599.
My MAP pricing on Magnaflow is $1679.99. Anyone selling under MAP won’t be selling their stuff for long.
