Tips for DIY battery replacement

I had to replace mine, so I watched some YouTube vids. I figured these 2 tips helped me the most. Lifting the hood to a steeper angle helps take the battery out & putting in the new one. Remove the plastic cowl: I’ve seen videos where they keep it in place, but I found just gently wiggling/finessing it works just fine. It’s removal also helps with the battery removal/replacement, and definitely helps accessing the “ battery holder” that is screwed in between the battery and passenger compartment.
