Using bluetooth via ST....

Almost every time I use my iPhone via bluetooth, the person on the other line tells me there is an Echo. This happens all the time. Also it's not the best connection. Anyone else have this problem? If so...is there a way of fixing this problem? Thanks!

What SYNC version are you on? 21098 sounds like it has solved that problem.

From the vehicle using your touch screen go to Settings/Connectivity/Automatic Updates/View Current Software. There you should see the Build #

Or you can go to https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/how-tos/keep-your-sync-up-to-date.html (Should sign up first if your not) From there you can check by your VIN number.
