VIN not part of TSB

Hi All, Anyone find a TSB for a problem you have/had, only to find out your VIN wasn't deemed part of that TSB? Is there a way to ask FORD to accept evidence to include said VIN so the fix is covered under the warranty? The Dealer says call Ford Customer Support, and Ford Customer Support says ask the dealer to handle. Thank you! JAD11

It’s probably gonna be up to the dealership to cover it or not. Sadly if your vin is not on the list it’s not part of the tsb.

It would help if you specify what the TSB is for. A TSB is not a recall. If it doesn't address a problem, the dealer is under no obligation to do it.

It has to be covered under warranty to be done as warranty. Unless you know someone.
