Vossen 22” with 42mm offset

I have a set of 22’s leftover from my 2016 explorer sport. Last year I bought a 22 ST with the 21s and used spacers. I’d like to put the 22’s to get rid of the spacers. It looks as if the bolt patters for the 16 and 2022 models are the same but Im questioning the 42mm offset and tire combination. If most people are running 22s with a 30 mm offset and 305 basically fit perfectly, is there a tire I could use that would make it flush or would I be running into more of rubbing issue due to larger offset?

the tires are mounted so i can’t really tell but the existing tires are 275/40/22. I’m going to guess they’re 22x10.5 +42mm.
275/40/22 I don’t think would fit on a 9”

275 will absolutely fit on a 9” wheel. I won’t guess at fitment if you’re unsure on width.

Aren't the stock 9" wide rims +37? I wouldn't think anything +42 would be a great idea on our ST's. Either going to sink into the well or drag the suspension.

They might actually be 11.5 or 12”

That’s not how a wheel is measured. Wheel width is measured inside the where the tire bead seats.
