Howdy from Dallas, Texas! Traded in a ‘19 Edge ST and needed more hp and size (had a 2012 Explorer). Got a ‘24 ST in Rapid Red. I have some mods to do then I’ll post some pictures. Looking forward to learning.

Hang in there George and welcome to the forum.
Hello All
I just purchased a 2022 Ford ST with ALL THE BELLS and whistles---I'm coming from having a 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona haha. My question is---can someone explain to me what is intelligent 4WD compared to AWD? Also, is there anyway I can see the oil pressure or voltmeter gauges?

Hello everyone! This is Ling, I am new at the ST forum. All my vehicles I have had are Ford, old Taurus, Taurus SHO, Fiesta, Escape, now ST... :D I got my ST in last September. I love it very much. However when I purchased it, the window sticker said that Ford factory had the 360 degree camera system inactivated, no that function. I knew that explorer had the camera issues since 2022 or 2023. I am not so worried about the 360 degree camera. And a few months ago this year, Ford had the recall of back camera system for all explorer. I sent it to the dealer to have it done. but after the recall, the touch-screen has had some issues frequently, screen frozen and stuck, radio button no response; after changing R (reverse) to D (drive), the screen still showing reverse camera but the vehicle forwarding, a few minutes after the screen changed to entire blue; a couple of times the screen totally black, and reverse camera not working at all... Most of time, engine turned off and re-started, those issues were still on. Only a few hours after, or next day, it looks back to normal, but previously connected phones won't work well. I update the software frequently. However it looks like the system doesn't have good memory. It couldn't remember connected wifi. I need to re-setup wifi, re-connect phones frequently... I do always turn off AC, radio, etc. before turn the engine off every time no matter driving any vehicles. It is not supposed anything automatically on while turn on the engine next time. But every time the radio is automatically on when I start its engine... I have sent ST back to the dealer to check those issues a few times. However as I mentioned the above, after ST rested a few hours or next day, the system looks okay, so the service guys couldn't read or find any issue codes. They couldn't do anything for it. Only one time, they might see the stuck screen and re-set the system while I sent it to do the regular service... after a few weeks, the issues come again... Does anybody's ST have those similar issues?
I am really disappointed at and frustrated about those. How did Ford get and use the kind issued system or software? Those issues of camera or software really has damaged Ford's reputation... I still don't believe that Ford has no any good solutions to resolve those issues. I still trust Ford.

I have not experienced any issues with my shocks at this point, but the vehicle doesn't have a lot of miles. I have, however, read several others are seeing theirs give it up with less than 50K on the clock. This all said, I don't think you are alone.

good day, Troy and Erin joining,, we live in north Ontario. we just purchased a 2024 wolf pup camper and hoping our 2022 explorer ST can handle it. doing some research I have some worries. hitch weight is 610, ST can handle 540? but yet I read so many people are towing so much more.
I hope people can help point us in the right directions to get us moving, thanks inadvance,, cheers.
