Likely future ST buyer here (and maybe a Hemi convert from my Durango, ha!)

Looking at the ST now especially with the new Plan-A pricing for everyone deals for the next month or two. Trying to get an idea of what other 25's are going for as of late. (We're prob getting the Vapor Blue with the Sun and Sound Package) and likely have to order it, which is 100% ok to get one unmolested from test drives.
Base MSRP currently is $56240, Color is $495, and the S&S package is $2995 - total MSRP is at $61,325.00

I cant find invoice price for the packages, so i estimated -4% on those, so rough invoice for base plus packages is $58,459.00.
I THINK the Plan-A is around 8% off MSRP, dropping below invoice, so about $56,780.00 for base plus packages.

Beyond "Private Offers", I know Ford still gives the dealers 3% of MSRP as hold back and most around here in VA add their $1k that they wont budge on their "paperwork" fee on top. I'm just not sure what kind of wiggle they can get on those down any further, as OTD still puts it about $61k.

I’ve seen people average good OTD prices range from $56k to $60k.

my MSRP on a 2025 ST was $60,795. It included the S&S package (B&O 14 speakers, multi-contour seats with massage and vista roof) as part of the build before Ford decided to make it a separate package. I went in not wanting those options and to take the standard ST, but the exact car was in transit, so they gave me the car on the lot (one with S&S) for $58,055, basically S&S for free! I was like what is the catch, and to my surprise, there was nothing wrong with the car. It was end of year, so they wanted to deal as they had many explorers in transit. Additionally, they had rebates which equaled 6K, so I walked away paying $52,055 for a brand new 2025 ST.

I've been shopping in Central OH for the last month or so, best deal I've found is MSRP $61,595, sale price $57,072 plus TTF. No dealer add ons. No a great deal, especially with rates in the 6%. Probably holding off, as this is a want, not a need.

Back in mid-January I paid $57,295 for mine vs. the sticker which was $61,790. This vehicle was the first 2025 Explorer my local Texas dealership received on their lot last August and it was a special order. The buyer was an "older" (70-something) gent who was overwhelmed by all the tech and he brought it back the following day, where it sat on the lot until I bought it. Being an early build it has the power steering wheel column, rear passenger sunshades, and ST logo's on the fobs. It has 4WD, pano-roof, 14 speaker B&O audio and massaging seats.

ST Ordered, not a smokin' deal, but not bad, less than invoice.

Base + Paint option + S&S package $56,280

If you got the overly priced painted roof that’s a pretty good deal.
